– Assist visitors by greeting,welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
– Answer, screen and forward any incoming telephone calls whileproviding basic information when needed.
Follow Ups, Assist sales team – Managing a clientdatabase and preparing reports.
– Listing properties inportals – Perform other clerical receptionist dutiessuch as filing, photocopying,etc – Update appointmentcalendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
– Dealingwith email enquiries – Data entry – Generaloffice management such as ordering stationary, pantrynecessities – Source suppliers when needed.
– Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managersand Senior Management
-Excellent command of the English language,
– Excellentoral and written communication skills.
-Must becomputer literate.
– Should be a team player with anaptitude for customer service.
