Job Details:

Managescalendars, independently schedules appointments, reviews invitees,collects materials and prepares Executive for meetings.

Assist with sorting, prioritization and disposition ofincoming calls and correspondence (email and postal mail),responding independently when appropriate

Prepares records such as agenda, notices, minutes, andresolutions for meetings, schedules guests, and distributesmaterials in advance. Arranges complex anddetailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents fortravel-related meetings;
Prepares and tracks expensereports. Follows-up on action items withdirect reports on behalf of reporting manager.

May provide support and direction to other clerical andadministrative support staff. Arrangesprograms, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities andcaterer, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers,and controlling event budget. Compiles& analyzes data, and prepares reports and/orrecommendations for executive level staff.

Takes and transcribes dictation, and composes andprepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complexdocuments.  Job

Requirements:

High School Diploma orequivalent. Two years experience in anadministrative support or similar role required.

Good problem solving and issues managementcapabilities Proactive, high level ofownership, focused on completing tasks accurately and in timelymanner.

Ability towork independently and asmember of team. Very good verbal and writtencommunication skills. Excellent PC skills;

Expert knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, andExcel. Strong customer service orientedattitude and mindset.
