Job Details: Proactively manage a wide range of administrative duties and processes.


Handling and management of all office requirements of various departments.

Provide assistance to the sales team for preparing quotations and contracts, following up for payments from customers and purchasing of supplies as required.

Ensure that all files are properly maintained and easily retrievable.

Devise and maintain office systems including data management and electronic filing.

Job Requirements: Graduate.

At least two years of experience in the similar role.

Has excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills and speaks English fluently.

Excellent in MS Office applications.

Able to handle multitasking.


Possesses time management skills.

Must be able to work under pressure, a problem-solver, and a positive-thinker.
