We are looking for a monetization-focused Ad Product Quality Analyst to join our Customer Operations team. As a member of the Ad Product Quality team, you will be responsible for growing Snapchat’s advertising business by identifying opportunities to improve the quality of our current or future monetization product offerings.
You willserve as the voice of our customers by bringing product expertise and a specific understanding of the challenges our advertisers face to cross-functional partners across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Support teams.
What you’ll do:
Leverage an expert-level understanding of our auction marketplace to provide deep-dive analysis that helps our largest partners succeed on our ads platform and drives improvements to our product suite
Educate cross-functional teams on best practices for campaign management and optimization strategy
Produce trend analyses of common customer pain points coupled with actionable recommendations for addressing them, partnering with our Product Marketing and Sales teams to collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve our products
Write technical product and process documentation, organize training sessions, and design workflows that prepare internal teams for new product rollouts
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues that prevent customers from succeeding on our ads platform
Maintain a backlog of software bugs and product improvements for prioritization with Product and Engineering teams
Collaborate with the Team Lead to coordinate the efforts of junior team members within your area of focus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven project management skills; identifying problems areas, designing solutions, and driving them to completion
Proficient in use of G Suite software (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, or related areas of study, or equivalent years of industry experience
Work experience in digital advertising operations or analytics in a programmatic environment, with experience in campaign analysis and/or optimization
Strong analytical skills, with demonstrable experience working with large data sets to solve business problems
Experience delivering practical business insights using data visualization software (Looker, Tableau, etc.)Deep understanding of programmatic ad buying and auction marketplace dynamics; ability to draw inferences into how macro-level trends impact advertisers on a micro scale
Demonstrated leadership experience in a team environment
