We are urgently looking for Acrylic Fabricator to be part of our growing team in Advertising / Branding / Exhibition Design Company. The Candidate should be result oriented and has a keen eye for details.
Job Qualifications:
· At least 3 years experience as Acrylic Fabricator
· Experience in similar or equivalent industry in Signage, Printing, Interior Fit-out, Joinery, Exhibition is preferred
· Excellent eyesight and color vision
· Skills in cutting, bending and shaping acrylic sheets
· Knowledge of materials , tools and equipment
· Ability to interpret drawings and follow instructions
· A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
· Good communication abilities
· High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline is a plus
Responsibilities
Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
Verifying dimensions and product specifications.
Ensuring that all the required parts for assembly are present.
Marking cutting lines on material.
Ensuring that all parts are properly fitted, aligned, and glued.
Ensuring that quality control standards are met.
Maintaining a production schedule.
Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
Education and Experience:
· Diploma in Technical
·At least 3 years experience on similar role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED1,800.00 – AED2,000.00 per month
