EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Understanding Client Requirements
– Regular interaction with client throughout project for approvals on team’s work
– Provide information to internal team about the Client’s requirements
– Brainstorm with team in case required for creative projects
– Follow up with client for giving the work in timely intervals.
– Create Weekly Work plan & Task Sheets by coordinating with Technical Team / Account Manager
– Achieve deadlines / monthly targets etc, as set by client / seniors.
– Execute the project by coordinating with Internal Team & External Client.
– Follow up with team during a project for quality output / timely deadlines etc.
– Update Accountant Manager on regular basis about status of their projects
– Create Project Progress reports as & when required for a project/client.
– Research through Internet & other media about the any useful information related to project
– Help preparing & researching the needed materials for client presentations & engagements
