Job Description

   Identify and reach target audience and customers through the appropriate channel

   Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

   Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

   Monitor market activities and competitors regularly through appropriate analysis of citation and optimization

   Conducting contracts to sell and promote the company’s products to customers

   Negotiate prices with customers to reach the highest possible price

   Create and maintain professional relationships with existing and new customers

   Create and update a strong customer database

   Prepare and send sales report to the concerned parties.

   Contacting customers after sales to solve problems and provide continuous support

   Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
